<p>MILO is the same width as the M3D-Sub directional subwoofer, though much smaller in other dimensions. This matched width affords seamless configuration of combined MILO/M3D-Sub arrays for extension of low frequency bandwidth and headroom. The combination also exhibits Meyer Sound’s proprietary low-frequency directional control, so bass energy is effectively steered away from areas behind the array.</p>
<p>MILO can serve as the keystone component in scalable, building block systems comprising combinations of M Series products. For example, MILO can be paired with the M3D line array for very large venue applications, or transition to MICA compact high-power curvilinear array loudspeakers for near field coverage where appropriate. The MILO 120 expanded coverage high-power curvinlinear array loudspeaker provides the ideal complement to MILO for downfill applications and shares the same dimensions and QuickFly rigging components as MILO. All M Series products have compatible acoustical and performance characteristics.</p>

<p>ADVANCED M SERIES TECHNOLOGY IN A VERSATILE PACKAGE:<br />
MILO was designed specifically to afford more flexibility in designing high power array systems for medium-to-large venues, while at the same time reducing the time and costs associated with rigging, flying and transportation.</p>
<p>MILO is a four-way design, with the operating frequency range divided into the low frequency band (60 Hz – 300 Hz), the low-mid band (300 Hz &#8211; 560 Hz), the mid-high band (560 Hz &#8211; 4.2 kHz), and the very-high frequency band (4.2 kHz &#8211; 18 kHz).<br />
Low/Low-Mid Frequencies: Power and Definition</p>
<p>In MILO, the low/low-mid frequencies are reproduced by 12-inch cone drivers. In the lowest frequency range, from 60 Hz to about 300 Hz, both drivers are operating in tandem for maximum power, with each driven by a dedicated amplifier channel providing 1125 watts of peak output. These drivers are a new, proprietary design incorporating neodymium magnets for higher efficiency and power handling with reduced weight. In common with all other MILO transducers, the 12-inch drivers are made in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at Meyer Sound’s Berkeley headquarters.</p>
<p>In the critical low-mid band, MILO utilizes a complex active crossover design to assure the smoothest possible response. Above 300 Hz, where less power is required, the crossover feeds full signal to only one of the two 12-inch drivers and rolls off the other. This ingenious technique eliminates interference between the drivers that would otherwise occur at shorter wavelengths, enabling MILO to maintain optimal polar and frequency response characteristics throughout the low and low-mid operating ranges.</p>
<p>Essentially, MILO divides the midrange frequencies into two bands (low-mid and mid-high), with a dedicated driver (cone and compression, respectively) assigned to each band. Because only one driver reproduces each frequency band, MILO avoids the difficulties encountered by other line array systems that attempt to reproduce the same midrange frequencies using separate, multiple cone drivers — in some cases, even cross-firing the drivers. Such techniques risk phase problems due to multiple arrivals, and cross-firing can introduce undesirable combing and lobing, even potentially modulating the high frequency signal.</p>
<p>Mid-High to Very-High Frequencies: Greater Output, Lower Distortion:<br />
In their designs for line arrays, most manufacturers recognize that the high frequency vertical pattern of each loudspeaker must be tightly controlled to minimize interference between units in the array. But some common solutions, such as using long waveguides to collimate compression driver output, gain the necessary control only at the cost of increased distortion.<br />
By contrast, MILO employs two patented REM ribbon emulation manifolds for the separate mid-high and very-high frequency sections, each coupled to individual constant-directivity horns. REM is a proprietary coupling device that introduces driver output to the horn throat across a very short path (3 inches for the mid-high section and 1.5 inches for the very-high section), effectively controlling the output but with dramatically reduced distortion in comparison to other techniques.</p>

<p>MILO’s mid-high section (560 Hz &#8211; 4.2 kHz) employs a single 1.5-inch exit, 4-inch diaphragm compression driver powered by a dedicated 560-watt amplifier channel. The very-high frequency section utilizes three 0.75-inch exit, 2-inch diaphragm compression drivers to produce extraordinary power and clarity, and also extend operating frequency range up to 18 kHz. To provide maximum system headroom, power for the very-high frequency section is supplied by a dedicated 1125-watt amplifier channel.</p>

<p>Because high frequency drivers are critical to overall system performance, all compression drivers in MILO are designed and manufactured in house by Meyer Sound. Rigid manufacturing tolerances and stringent quality control ensure stable, consistent response characteristics.</p>

<p>The LR16 is an active 2-way line-source loudspeaker system. It is a true line-array system, to be used as vertical array, either in stacked or flown configuration, for both portable and permanent installations. Loaded with the RBN601 ribbon driver on a “morpher” wave-guide (92% frontal radiation), the system features real-90 dispersion with seamless coverage, due to the ribbon’s all-natural cylindrical (Isophasic) wavefront. Its transient response caters for an amazing intelligibility and throw.<br />
The compact size, combined with the easy and accurate flying system, makes the system quick to set-up.</p>
<p>Special attention in the design was paid to creating a versatile (and therefore economic) system; The system can be scaled from (part of) a large-scale long-throw arena system to an ultra-compact single cabinet system, with its revolvable wave-guide.<br />
Furthermore, its lowest usable frequency is 51Hz., making the system real full-range in most applications.</p>
<p>The SIS pre-wiring ensures complete cable/connector compensation between the LR16 and ALC. Typical applications for the LR16 include main system for theatre, A/V, PA or front-, in- and side-fill system.</p>
<p>In applications where extended bass response is required, the LR16 can be combined with the LR16B bass module or a BF362 deep-sub system.</p>
<p>For full system performance, we recommend using the LR16 in combination with an ALC 2 (or ALC 4) amplifier/controller. Driven by the ALC, the LR16 delivers maximum sound quality with inaudible (power and excursion) protection (SDP circuit).</p>

<p>Combinando elemento de la teoría del line array con la tecnología de fuente de punto virtual en un solo producto, el sistema Flex Array es único ofreciendo la posibilidad de adaptar el mismo sistema de recintos acústicos a una amplia variedad de tipos de sonorización y tamaños de audiencia con una mínima inversión en inventario de equipos de alquiler.</p>
<p>Flex Array es un sistema de sonorización profesional que combina el punto de fuente virtual patentado de Turbosound con la reconocida y comprobada tecnología line array, dando como resultado un sistema de altavoces realmente versátil adaptable a una amplia variedad de aplicaciones. Su sección de medios rotatorio proporciona la clave para una rápida conversión de modo line array a fuente puntual, mientras que los dos sistemas de herrajes totalmente integrados permiten su orientación suspendida de forma vertical u horizontal sin casi necesidad de accesorios externos.</p>
<p>El nuevo sistema Flex Array ha sido diseñado completamente desde el principio, después de un ciclo de desarrollo de 3 años relativamente cercano al desarrollo del Polyhorn, y utiliza la bocina Dendritic de patente pendiente de Turbosound, la cual produce una fuente lineal con unas cualidades superiores de direccionamiento junto con el sello inconfundible de claridad y definición de Turbosound. Todos los dispositivos de neodimio aseguran un peso mínimo al recinto lo que facilita el manejo en la carga y desplazamiento.</p>
<p>El sistema Flex Array es totalmente &#8220;arrayable&#8221; con sus soportes de suspensión integrados en el recinto para un rápido montaje sin necesidad de accesorios externos, o puede usarse con yugos y soportes externos para instalaciones semipermanentes o fijas. El recinto de subgraves utiliza un altavoz de 18&#8243; de neodimio y puede ser suspendido junto con las unidades de medios/agudos o apilado en el suelo. Hay versiones autoamplificadas digitalmente de ambos modelos con módulos de amplificación ligeros de clase D integradas, convirtiendo la gama Flex Array en la elección ideal para instalaciones fijas o para aplicaciones de sonido directo.</p>
<p>El sistema de suspensión Flex Array proporciona un método rápido e intuitivo para el volado de los recintos de medios/agudos y subgraves con un mínimo de componentes externos. El FB-600 puede soportar hasta 700 Kg. Con un solo motor de una tonelada desde un único punto de anclaje mientras que los puntos de elevación móviles del flybar permiten ajustar la inclinación global del cluster fácilmente, puede ser fácilmente alterada incluso mientras está cargado, usando una abrazadera de mano o una atornilladora eléctrica para cambiar la posición del punto de elevación relativo al centro de masa del cluster.</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Altavoz Ti10L</strong></span></p>
<p>El altavoz Ti10L es la versión de instalación del T10 para aplicación como altavoz de arreglo lineal. Las versiones de carretera e instalación sólo difieren en los accesorios de montaje. La caja Ti10L es un diseño pasivo de 2 vías que aloja dos motores de 6,5” y un motor de compresión de altas frecuencias (HF) de salida de 1,4”. El diseño muy compacto del altavoz es una combinación exclusiva de una guía de ondas giratoria con trompeta y una lente acústica. Proporciona una fuente lineal vertical con una dispersión horizontal de 90° que se mantiene hasta aproximadamente 600 Hz, mientras que la lente integrada en la rejilla frontal amplía la dispersión de altas frecuencias en modo de arreglo lineal a 105°. Los dos motores de bajas frecuencias (LF) de neodimio de 6,5“ están situados en una disposición dipolar que proporciona un control de dispersión vertical excepcional incluso a las frecuencias más bajas. La caja de Ti10L está hecha de espuma dura integral de poliuretano con un acabado resistente a impactos e integra los accesorios de rigging para arreglo lineal que, una vez instalados, quedan ocultos vistos desde la parte frontal. La parte frontal de la caja del altavoz está protegida por una rejilla metálica rígida cubierta por una espuma transparente acústicamente. Montados en el panel posterior hay dos conectores NL4 cableados en paralelo. Están disponibles versiones en color especial (SC) y resistencia a las inclemencias del tiempo (WR).</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Amplificadores</strong></span><br />
El Ti10L puede funcionar con los amplificadores de potencia D6 o D12 Dual Channel de d&amp;b configurados para T10 en modo Line o Arc. Dispone de información más detallada sobre la configuración específica del altavoz con los amplificadores de d&amp;b en los manuales del altavoz o el amplificador correspondiente.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>JBL PROFESSIONAL ha presentado recientemente las versiones autoamplificadas de las cajas VRX 932 y VRX 918, per tenecientes a la serie VRX 900. El fabricante, líder y pionero en la tecnología Line Array, abre todavía más el abanico de posibilidades para afrontar cualquier demanda del sector, en este mercado.<br />

<p>Los modelos VRX 932LAP y el subgrave VRX 918SP cuentan, al igual que las series VERTEC, con amplificación CROWN y proceso de señal DBX. Para estos modelos y en colaboración con sus marcas filiales, se ha diseñado el modulo de amplificación DrivePack® DPC-2, que incluye los canales de amplificación y DSP necesarios.<br />
La VRX932LAP es una caja line array autoamplificada de dos vías, con woofer de 12 pulgadas, que incluye un módulo amplificador DPC-2 que suministra una potencia total de 1750 Watios de pico. El módulo incluye un procesador de entrada, basado en tecnología DSP, proporcionando la optimización y ecualización del sistema.</p>
<p>La VRX932LAP incorpora los mismos componentes que en su modelo pasivo, de entre los que destacamos los 3 motores 2408J, instalados en un difusor de arco contínuo (que ofrece la curvatura constante).<br />
Cuando se van añadiendo más recintos VRX932LAP adicionales al array, el arco continúa ininterrumpidamente.<br />
De este modo, todos los motores trabajan juntos, como si fueran un solo gran motor montado sobre una guía de ondas muy larga. Puesto que tenemos tres motores, en cada caja acústica VRX932LAP la potencia conjunta y la salida acústica del sistema son mucho mayores que las que podrían conseguirse con un solo motor.</p>

<p>El modelo VRX932LAP usa el “ensombrecimiento de amplitud” para moldear la cobertura del array. Para ello, incluye conmutadores en la placa de entrada, que controlan la salida de cada una de las secciones de alta frecuencia del array. Esto permite, por ejemplo, ajustar las cajas superiores en la configuración del array para así proporcionar mayor salida, mientras que la parte inferior queda ensombrecida para reducir niveles excesivos en las partes de campo más cercano.</p>
<p>El VRX918SP es un subgrave autoamplificado que incluye un woofer de 18”, instalado en bass reflex. Este modelo incluye un nuevo transductor patentado Differential Drive®, con imán de neodimio referencia 2268FF, diseñado específicamente para ser usado junto con cajas VRX932LAP. El VRX918SP incorpora un módulo amplificador DPC-2 Drivepack integrado en el propio recinto, suministrando una potencia de pico de 1500W.<br />
Este módulo incluye también DSP para las funciones de crossover y ecualización.</p>

<p>El subgrave VRX918SP se adapta sin problemas a aplicaciones donde se deban apilar cajas sobre el suelo, incluyendo en su parte superior una base con rosca para alojar el tubo opcional SS4-BK. La caja del VRX918SP, al igual que toda la serie, está fabricada con contrachapado de alta calidad de madera de abedul y recubierta con la resistente terminación DuraFlex de JBL. Asimismo, está fuer temente reforzada, para así maximizar su rendimiento en baja frecuencia.</p>
<p>Flexibilidad<br />
Los modelos VRX 932, en formato pasivo o autoamplificado, ofrecen la posibilidad gracias a que disponen de orificio de vaso invertido de 20 mm con doble angulación– de ser montados sobre trípode o bien sobre los subgraves JBL VRX918SP, VRX918S o SRX718S. El sistema de montaje integrado se usa para asegurar y bloquear la unión entre los elementos del array, mientras que el vaso para vástago de ángulo dual proporciona flexibilidad en el direccionamiento.</p>

<p>En el caso de aplicaciones donde los recintos requieran ser volados, la serie VRX dispone del accesorio JBL VRX AF, que nos permite, de forma sencilla, instalar el array.<br />
Por último, comentar que JBL, para su serie VRX, ofrece un sencillo software denominado Arraytool. Con la introducción sencilla de algunos parámetros, éste nos permite calcular las atenuaciones en cada caja, dependiendo de la distancia y campo a cubrir.<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Altavoz Q1</strong></span><br />
Q1 es un altavoz de dos vías pasivo que aloja dos motores de bajas frecuencias (LF) de 10&#8243; situados en una disposición dipolar y un motor de compresión de altas frecuencias (HF) de 1,3&#8243; provisto de un dispositivo de formación de onda toroidal. El patrón de dispersión horizontal de directividad constante de 75° se mantiene hasta 400 Hz, mientras que la dispersión vertical de altas frecuencias (HF) de 15° permite que el Q1 se utilice para crear columnas verticales que producen un frente de onda curvado coherente. El diseño mecánico y acústico de la caja permite establecer ángulos de angulación verticales entre 0° y 14°. Las cajas Q1 se pueden utilizar en configuraciones verticales que empiezan por dos cajas con una dispersión de 15° a 30°, hasta veinte cajas con un perfil vertical completamente definido por el usuario y el lugar. La caja Q1 está hecha de contrachapado, incorpora un par de asas y el acabado es pintura resistente al impacto. La parte frontal del altavoz está protegida por una rejilla metálica rígida cubierta con una espuma acústicamente transparente sustituible y en el panel posterior se han montado dos conectores EP5 o NL4 cableados en paralelo.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Amplificadores</strong></span><br />
El Q1 puede funcionar con los amplificadores de potencia D6 o D12 de d&amp;b de canal doble configurados para Q1. Dispone de información más detallada sobre la configuración específica del altavoz con los amplificadores de d&amp;b en los manuales del altavoz o el amplificador correspondiente.</p>

<p>Q1 es un altavoz de arreglo lineal de la serie Q (Q-Series). Se utiliza en columnas verticales y ofrece un patrón de dispersión de directividad constante de 75° en el plano horizontal. La caja Q1 es un diseño de dos vías pasivo que aloja 2 motores (drivers) de baja frecuencia (LF) de 10&#8243; y un motor de compresión de alta frecuencia (HF) de 1,3&#8243; con un dispositivo de formación de onda toroidal y una red de frecuencia de cruce pasiva. Su respuesta de frecuencia se extiende desde 60 Hz hasta más de 17 kHz. Los dos motores de frecuencias bajas (LF) de neodimio de 10“ están situados en una disposición dipolar que proporciona un control de dispersión excepcional a las frecuencias más bajas, con el ángulo de dispersión nominal de 75° mantenido hasta 400 Hz.<br />
La caja Q1 está hecha de contrachapado con un acabado de pintura resistente al impacto. La parte frontal de la caja del altavoz está protegida por una rejilla metálica rígida cubierta con una espuma acústicamente transparente sustituible. Los paneles laterales incorporan un par de asas.<br />
La caja Q1 está provista con tres tipos de dispositivo de rigging:<br />
- Ocho puntos de anclaje en la rejilla frontal y en la barra del borde posterior, que aceptan los pins de anclaje Z5153 de 8 mm, para conectar las barras metálicas de unión del arreglo.<br />
- Una placa de adaptador de anclaje rápido en un lado de la caja que acepta el Adaptador de rigging Z5156 Q.<br />
- Cinco puntos de anclaje que aceptan el Pin de rigging Z5048 de 10 mm para sostener cajas individuales y para el direccionamiento de los arreglos.</p>

<p>The KF760 is part of the KF760 Line Array Series. The KF760 Series uses advanced divergence shading where all loudspeakers are powered at equal level. A full KF760/KF761 array can provide uniform sound coverage from directly beneath itself out to hundreds of feet without complex signal processing.<br />
Vertical coverage for the array is set by varying the splay of the rear of the enclosures, leaving the fronts tightpacked. This configuration produces a continuous, coherent wavefront from the array, projecting extended range, highresolution sound over its full coverage area. Quality construction features include, Baltic birch plywood enclosures, heavy-duty steel grilles, Neutrik NL8 connectors, heavy duty bar handles, rear hand-holds, and accessory caster pallets.</p>

<p>This high output touring system is scalable from theaters under 1,000 seats to stadiums. The KF760 is used as the short to long throw element of a KF760 Series line array providing coverage in the range of 70 to 400 feet. <p>shall incorporate 2x 12-in LF transducers, 2x 10-in hornloaded cone transducers with Radial Phase Plug™ and 2x 2-in exit/3-in voice coil compression drivers also horn-loaded. The LF transducers shall each be loaded into a proprietary bent-horn, with the horn mouths horizontally separated to provide controlled off-axis cancellations to match the MF beamwidth through the crossover region. The MF transducers<br />
shall both be coupled into a single large format horn. The HF transducers shall each be coupled to an HF horn coaxially mounted with, and extended by, the MF horn. The system shall have a nominal dispersion pattern of 80° (h) when usedas part of a KF760 line array.</p>

The front of the loudspeaker shall be covered with a powder coated perforated steel grille. The tri-amplified, three-way full range loudspeaker system shall be the EAW model KF760.</p>

<p>The Y10 is the highest fidelity, mid-size 3-way line array in it’s class, and fulfils a need for a more versatile and scalable HIGH power line array.<br />
Employing a single Adamson mid/high Co-Linear drive module (with 2 patents granted and 2 pending applications). The Adamson drive module has a co-axial entrance and a co-linear exit comprised of a high frequency sound chamber mounted within a mid frequency sound chamber. The drive module is powered by a proprietary 9” Kevlar mid and a single 1.5” 4” diaphragm HF compression driver.<br />
Together, the drive module and trapezoidal cabinet design create a smooth, slightly curved, seamless wave front with no gaps between cabinets. The Y-Axis series are the only line arrays that can create slightly curved iso-phase sound sources in the high and mid frequency sections &#8211; delivering a single uniform wavefront of mid and high frequency sound. Mid lobing, comb filtering and time-smear are virtually eliminated, giving the Adamson Y-Axis line array unrivaled sonic accuracy.<br />
The Y10 &#8211; features Adamson’s light weight ND10-L 10” Kevlar, neodymium drivers. The Y10 has a defined coverage pattern of 100°-6dB / 90 °-3dB by 5 degrees. The vertical coverage is determined by the number of cabinets added to the array.<br />
The Y10 comes complete with a sliding hinge rigging system with six one degree increments, allowing precise angular positioning by adjusting the extension of the sliding hinge, while the front of the array remains closed.<br />
When coupled with the Adamson T-21Sub, the Y10 can go from the smallest venue to a large rock festival. The Y10 is a versatile main system, or a high-powered complement to the Y18 as a down or side fill system. To ensure complete Y-Axis series compatibility, the Y10 and Y18 use the same rigging system. Adamson also offers under hang kits for use with Y-Axis and the SpekTrix Series.<br />
Light aluminum dollies, and all the components for rigging the Y-Axis come standard. Waterproof Soft Covers with customized silkscreening and black powder coated aluminum rigging frames to support 16 or 24 Y10’s are available as optional accessories.</p>
